Brewed in 1983, 1995 and 1997 respectively. 3 kinds of aged sakes with long aging period. You can try and compare the aged sakes over 20 years from different regions.

① "1983 Iwanoi 180ml" Iwase Brewery
Brewed in 1983, this is the oldest aged sake in the 'OLD VINTAGE SAKE' series. It is sweet and mellow as dried fruit and nuts, well-balanced and the after taste is a bit sour like the matured white wine.
Vintage: 1983 Chiba Prefecture, Japan
Junmai Sake / Sake Rice: Koshihikari
Alcohol percentage: 14%
Rice polishing raio: 60%
Resting in Stainless Tank at Room Temperature

② "1995 Aoi Tsuru 180ml" Inami Brewery
The aged sake is made by Junmai sake under a low temperature for years. This aged sake is sweet and mellow as honey and almonds. The moderate acidity and dry flavors are well balanced.

Junmai sake / Sake rice: Japanese domestic rice
Alcohol percentage: 17%
Rice polishing ratio: 60%
Low temperature tank storage / Aged under room temperature

③ "1997 Kashoku 180ml" Yutaka Brewery
By thoroughly controlling the temperature below 20 °C and regular filtration, it becomes an aged sake with a good aroma like freshly baked toast and banana, and the sweetness would spread inside the mouth.

Special Junmai / Sake rice: Gohyakumangoku
Alcohol percentage: 18%

Resting in Stainless Tank with air conditioning
