Brewed with yeast M310, with the notes of green apple and melon, which is suitable for enjoying in red wine glass. Aged at low temperature, it is slightly sweet and full of umami of sake rice. The refreshing mouthfeel makes it more balanced and goes well with both Japanese and Western cuisine.
