A dry sake goes perfectly well with salty food. The green characteristics usually found in a dry sake can also add more complexity to the food and enrich the whole palate sensations. Japanese grilled fish and Cantonese roast meat can be a good companion while French Saucisson or Italian Parma ham can amazingly match.
